As a Software Developer, being a caregiver begins in the office, where you will contribute to the design, development, troubleshooting and implementation of applications that meet critical business and research needs. In this role, you will focus on backend and full-stack development using .NET technologies, supporting secure data handling, SQL Server-based data integrations and API connections with systems such as REDCap and other enterprise platforms. You will primarily maintain, improve and rework the team's existing applications and code base while supporting research workflows and clinical operations. You will also assist with application enhancements, security updates, testing and cloud migration efforts using Azure while collaborating with systems analysts, research staff, physician subject matter experts and other technical team members. The role supports continuously operating systems and may occasionally require off-hours support for critical issues. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. To be considered for this position, caregivers must reside in Ohio or Florida.
