Desired Skills: * Experience with source systems including, but not limited to, TIRKS, NAR, Canvas, Smartsheet, and IVAPP. * Previous experience working on circuit, equipment, or office decommissioning and decom modeling. * AI toolset...Claude, Gemini, and/or other automation/efficiency background or tool knowledge. * Data mining and modeling experience utilizing NAR. * An advanced degree in Program/Project Management, Leadership, or Telecommunications. * Experience in legacy transport migration planning. * Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet. Education & Certifications: * Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience. * Six or more years of relevant industry experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of work, military experience, or specialized training. ## Description * Strategy and Governance & Metrics: Shape execution strategy, set prioritization, craft leadership updates, report progress, monitor KPIs, and manage the budget. * Process Development & Architecture: Lead the execution of an end-to-end Facility Decom or Consolidation Process. This includes monitoring and reporting on programs, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless execution workflows across cross-functional teams. * Data & Advanced Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics to track progress using detailed optical and TDM circuit utilization, third-party lease evaluations, and energy consumption metrics. This will primarily focus on VZT while seamlessly incorporating Telecommunication and Product networks. * Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
