Compensaciones / Beneficios * High-volume alert review and resolution across systems * Advanced escalation handling for complex alerts * Detection logic feedback loop to tune monitoring rules * Process and workflow optimization to reduce false positives * Mentorship and onboarding of junior analysts * Compliance and documentation ensuring regulatory alignment * Typology hunting and translating trends into production-ready detection rules Responsabilidades * 3+ years in transaction monitoring, real-time fraud operations, or KYT surveillance in fintech/digital banking/high-volume payments * Subject matter expertise in transaction monitoring, payment flows, velocity patterns, and regulatory frameworks (FATF, EU Directives, PSD3/SCA) * Proficiency with data analytics tools and SQL; experience with Looker, Splunk, HEX, or Redshift * Strong track record of identifying gaps in automated detection models and creating rule-based monitoring scenarios * Leadership and coaching experience;
