You apply a Lean UX mindset - working iteratively, testing assumptions early and focusing on measurable outcomes rather than heavy documentation. You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Data/AI to define problems, test hypotheses and ship solutions grounded in data, user research and continuous feedback - for both human users and AI/synthetic users (e.g. automated agents or AI-powered systems).
