Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM/SASM) with experience in an Agile Release Train.
Background in SAP ERP / S/4HANA transformations, specifically within Intercompany Supply Chain or Order Management.
Experience in regulated (CSV) environments and global remote facilitation across multiple time zones.
Strong commitment to servant leadership, psychological safety, and established SAFe escalation pathways.
