The ideal candidate will have a strong history of successfully guiding Agile teams in software development projects. In these roles, you will collaborate closely with client teams to facilitate Agile processes, ensure adherence to Scrum principles, and foster continuous improvement. As an RTE you will be a people manager with up to ~6 direct reports. You will coach your teams on Agile delivery, oversee resource allocation, and monitor capacity while ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for outsourced development teams, which include a mix of onshore and offshore developers.
