This role is ideal for an attorney who has successfully defended fleet owners, trucking companies, and insurers facing high-exposure accident litigation. You will be entrusted with handling matters soup-to-nuts in New York state courts-investigating claims, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing motions, negotiating settlements, and trying cases when necessary. You will also collaborate with colleagues on high-exposure cases involving fleet accident exposures, commercial auto claims, excess/umbrella liability, and complex insurance coverage issues.
