 * Experience in logistics, ecommerce, last mile, PUDO, or Returns preferred.

 * Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
\n

 * Experience managing technical backlogs, priorities, and delivery timelines.
\n

 * Strong understanding of Agile development and software delivery lifecycle.
\n

 * Ability to participate in technical discussions and support solution trade-offs.
\n

 * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
\n

 * Experience working across Business, Operations, Process, and Engineering teams.
\n

 * Certified Agile or Scrum qualification preferred.
\n

 * Familiarity with Jira, Notion, API documentation tools, BI platforms, and logistics systems preferred.

## Description

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead the technical planning and delivery of SPX PUDO and Returns initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting strategic customers such as Vinted.

\n

This role acts as the bridge between Business, Process, Operations, and Engineering teams. The position is responsible for translating business requirements into clear technical scope, managing technical priorities, and coordinating system delivery across the end-to-end PUDO and Returns journey.
