In this role, the Data Analyst will analyze marketing data from multiple sources to support strategic initiatives, optimize campaigns, and keep the firm's business development and marketing efforts on track. Success in this role requires a strong blend of technical and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments., * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. * 3+ years of marketing technology experience in a fast-paced professional services environment; law firm experience preferred. * 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including data analysis and administration. * Strong knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet). * Experience with CRM and ERM systems, marketing automation tools, experience management platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Introhive, Marketo, Foundation), and Google Analytics. * Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques. * Knowledge of CRM system migrations, deprecations, deployments, and rollouts, with an understanding of how to minimize disruption to end users and maintain data integrity throughout each transition. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. * Salesforce experience is required. * Experience managing complex projects and working with deadlines required. Preferred Qualifications: * Salesforce Platform Administrator certified. * Experience working with vendors and negotiating contracts. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location.
