## Description

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Subject Matter Expert for data centers to lead design review, reliability analysis, and operations support for mission-critical facilities. You will oversee electrical infrastructure-medium- and low-voltage distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, grounding, and protection-ensuring uptime, safety, and code compliance. Partner with clients, project teams, and vendors to develop standards, evaluate risk, improve efficiency, and support commissioning. At JLL you'll join a performance-driven, collaborative culture with global projects, continuous learning, and opportunities to drive innovation and sustainability in the built environment., * Serve as electrical subject matter expert for mission-critical data centers across JLL's portfolio.

 * Review and develop electrical designs, standards, and specifications for MV/LV systems, UPS, and generators.
 * Lead reliability, capacity, and risk assessments to ensure high uptime and resilience.
 * Support commissioning, integrated systems testing, and root-cause analysis of incidents.
 * Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70
 * E, and client-specific standards while promoting safety best practices.
 * Collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to define scope, budgets, and delivery plans.
 * Identify and implement energy efficiency and sustainability improvements in electrical systems.
 * Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to internal teams and client stakeholders.
