* 3+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure support
 * Hands-on experience with server deployments, hardware troubleshooting, break/fix work, cabling, rack-and-stack, and decommissioning
 * Experience maintaining operational documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, rack elevations, asset records, and troubleshooting guides
 * Strong understanding of server hardware, Linux/Windows fundamentals, power, cooling, and network infrastructure
 * Experience with inventory management, audits, ticketing systems, and change management
 * Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and document findings clearly
 * Strong attention to detail and experience working in large-scale data center environments
 * Scripting or automation experience with Python, Bash, APIs, Jira, or similar tools
