## Description

C&S Employment Solutions seeks a Desktop Engineer & Support Tech to deliver reliable technical support for our internal team. In this people-centered, service-driven role, you will install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and standard software, while managing tickets and providing prompt, professional end-user support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; supporting remote users; managing user accounts and permissions; and documenting solutions. You'll collaborate with a responsive, collaborative team and help ensure a secure, efficient desktop environment that supports our fast-paced staffing operations., * Provide Level 1-2 desktop and phone support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

 * Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
 * Administer user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
 * Manage tickets in the help desk system, ensuring timely response, documentation, and resolution.
 * Install, update, and troubleshoot standard applications and security tools.
 * Support remote users using remote-access and remote-control tools.
 * Assist with workstation imaging, deployment, and asset inventory tracking.
 * Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
 * Contribute to documentation of procedures, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient desktop environments.
