## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS business applications, including experience with ERP, HRMS, or CRM platforms.
 * Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite.
 * Practical experience administering or supporting a CMS or digital experience platform.
 * Experience administering application users, roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, and integrations.
 * Ability to troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with vendors, internal IT teams, and business users.
 * Understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SSO.
 * Exposure to cloud-hosted applications, application security, and data protection practices.
 * Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, UKG, Storyblok, Orchard, Entra ID, APIs, monitoring, or ticketing tools is preferred.
 * Strong vendor relationship management, organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.

## Description

This is an Enterprise Application Administrator position responsible for managing, securing, and maintaining a portfolio of enterprise SaaS applications. You'll serve as a platform owner, partnering with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to support application configuration, optimization, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and ongoing administration.

A key focus is CMS and digital platform modernization, including assessing WordPress, evaluating alternatives, and helping plan migrations. You'll also manage application users, roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations while supporting security, data protection, reliability, and governance.

The environment includes ERP, CRM, HRMS, and CMS applications, along with AWS, SSO, and Entra ID. You'll have an opportunity to work across business and technical teams while helping improve how enterprise applications are evaluated, administered, and modernized.
