In this role, you will be responsible for gathering data integration requirements and delivering solutions that meet clients' data integration needs. You will support both new employer groups during implementation and existing customers navigating business changes that impact how data is exchanged with Benefitfocus. As an HCM Sr Implementation Consultant, you will develop expertise in Benefitfocus and industry-standard integration approaches while partnering with customers, payroll vendors, HCM providers, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data integrations. Success in this role requires a strong customer focus, technical aptitude, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote; however, candidates must be located within commutable proximity to one of our major office locations to support periodic onsite collaboration, team connection, and business priorities.
