## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and solution architecture background with multiple successful Oracle Cloud implementations.
Mandatory Requirements:

 * Minimum 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
 * Strong hands-on experience with:

 * Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
 * Oracle Cloud Talent Acquisition
 * Oracle Cloud Payroll
 * Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
 * Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
 * Ability to lead solution design workshops, define end-to-end architecture, and provide best practice recommendations.
 * Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.
