This position partners with Superintendents and organizational leaders to identify development needs, create training programs, and deliver learning solutions that improve leadership effectiveness, workforce capability, and operational performance. The Field Development Manager utilizes workforce development data, training outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements. This position embraces the company's core values and supports operational excellence through the Collins Business System (CBS).
