Shape what's next for mission-critical government projects while shaping what's next for your engineering career., As a Cloud Engineer, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the IT Technology Operations division within the NCIS ITD organization in Quantico, VA: * As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a critical role working closely with Cloud Architect to build, deploy, secure, automate, and manage the day-to-day cloud infrastructure. You will provide cloud service expertise in one or more of these areas: This includes building and managing the DevSecOps environment and CI/CD pipeline. You will lead the engineering effort and the technical vision for cloud-based solutions and ensure the environment supports both immediate and long-term organizational goals. * Build, deploy, secure, automate, and manage the day-today cloud infrastructure * Build full CI/CD pipeline from scratch deploying industry best practices and DevSecOps principles with tools like Jenkins and Terraform * Experience with provisioning infrastructure as code (IaC) using languages such as Python.
