* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Information Systems).\n
 * 8+ years of combined experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with Agile teams.\n
 * Experience managing work in Azure DevOps or Jira and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).\n
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.\n
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n
