## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
\n

 * 7+ years of compensation and total rewards experience, including responsibility for complex compensation programs.
\n

 * Experience within a leading technology, hyperscaler, AI infrastructure, cloud, semiconductor or software organization.
\n

 * Strong expertise in compensation design, salary benchmarking, market pricing, pay structures, job evaluation, workforce analytics and executive compensation support.
\n

 * Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, strong financial acumen and high proficiency in Excel, data modelling and compensation analytics.
\n

 * Experience managing compensation programs across the United States and exposure to multi-country environments, ideally including Canada, France and Ireland.
\n

## Description

You will partner closely with Human Capital, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and business leaders, translating complex rewards data into clear recommendations for hiring, retention, internal mobility and organizational decisions.
