Preferred Qualifications * Workday Pro accreditation or relevant Workday certification. * Experience implementing or administering Advanced Compensation. * Experience supporting Workday Recruiting, Talent Acquisition or Position Management. * Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning and workforce-planning processes. * Experience supporting Benefits Open Enrollment and Workday Payroll or Time Tracking. * Experience operating in a complex, growing or project-driven organization. This opportunity is well suited to a hands-on Workday professional who can translate business requirements into practical system solutions while improving data quality, controls and the employee experience. ## Description AXG is partnered with a growing owner/operator in the Energy sector who is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the configuration, administration and continued optimization of Workday. This individual will serve as a functional Workday resource across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT and Finance. The position will support Core HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking and Scheduling, Payroll, Position Management and Talent Acquisition.
