Proficiency in configuration of SuccessFactors solutions. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluent English. ## Description

be doing Partake in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a primary focus on the Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules, including foundation objects, position management, org structures, workflows, compensation planning, and variable pay templates. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure SuccessFactors solutions to meet those needs. Support the hiring and onboarding lifecycle in Employee Central, including new hire data model configuration, hiring/rehire workflows, and integration touchpoints with Compensation processes such as offer and starting salary setup. Configure and maintain Compensation templates, guidelines, and worksheets to support annual compensation review, merit, and bonus cycles. Serve as the technical expert and provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and system integrations. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other
