The team is small, close-knit, and genuinely AI-forward: engineers use agentic development tools day to day, and the culture leans toward mentorship and real autonomy over rigid process. It shows in retention - the engineering team's average tenure runs about four years, with zero voluntary attrition., We're hiring a Software Engineer to join a small, high-trust engineering team and take real ownership of the front-end product experience. This is a full-stack role that is heavily front-end weighted in practice - you'll spend most of your time in the UI layer, with occasional backend exposure.
