Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required * 3-5 years of full stack software development experience with a strong focus on front-end development, UI engineering, or digital product design. * Proficiency with Angular and modern JavaScript or TypeScript development. * Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and component-based front-end architecture. * Proficiency with Figma for wireframing, interactive prototyping, component libraries, and design handoff. * Hands-on experience using Claude Code as part of the front-end development workflow. * Experience creating and maintaining design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides. * Working knowledge of typography, color theory, accessible contrast, layout, and grid systems. * Experience applying WCAG accessibility standards and testing interfaces with assistive technologies. * Experience with version control systems and collaborative code review practices. * Familiarity with backend application architectures and API integrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with backend developers on end-to-end solutions. * Ability to independently troubleshoot, solve problems, and communicate design and implementation decisions.
