**Published:** September 20, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=590f89136e4dbc7a ## About the Role * Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience. * 7+ years of enterprise IT experience delivering and supporting complex systems. * 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure administration experience. * Strong Microsoft 365 experience, including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Exchange. * Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, hybrid identity, and Windows Server through 2022. * Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11 enterprise environments, including upgrade planning and mixed deployments. * Experience designing hybrid, multi-forest, multi-tenant, and multi-cloud environments. * Hands-on exposure to Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, AWS GovCloud, FedRAMP, ITAR, or other regulated environments. * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, prioritization, and communication skills., * Fortinet networking and security equipment. * OT networking in a manufacturing setting. * ITIL processes. * CAD systems such as SolidWorks. ## Description * Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex hardware, software, endpoint, identity, and infrastructure issues. * Lead system migrations, upgrades, new implementations, and modernization projects from design through operational handoff. * Design and support hybrid environments across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, VMware, and on-premises infrastructure. * Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, identity governance, and least-privilege access controls. * Support Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and other Microsoft 365 services. * Manage Windows 10 and 11 endpoint environments and Windows Server environments through Server 2022. * Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, virtualization, and hybrid identity. * Design and support firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, wireless access points, and Fortinet equipment. * Support cloud and collaboration migrations, including tenant-to-tenant and post-acquisition integrations. * Implement automation and scripting that improves reliability and reduces manual work. * Create SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and technical documentation. * Mentor IT team members and provide clear technical guidance across the organization. ## Related Videos -
