 * Ability to maintain and troubleshoot code developed by others.
 * Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical support skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Server/system administration and software/hardware troubleshooting experience.
 * .NET 4.8+, VB, ASP.NET (VB/C#), HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, AJAX, and JSON.
 * Experience translating requirements into database/application modules.
 * Full SDLC experience and application support.
 * Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform/Power Apps/DAX experience.
