In this role, you'll maintain and optimize computing environments, provide hands-on technical support, strengthen system security, and help drive continuous improvements across Lifetouch Area Offices and JCPenney Studios. We're looking for a skilled technology professional who combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, bringing a proactive approach to problem-solving and a talent for building trusted relationships with end users., * Technical/vocational degree in computing, networking, or an equivalent field. * 5-8 years of technical experience related to systems maintenance, user support, and project management. * Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical end users. * Knowledge of business processes, change management, and project management methodologies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and configuration tools (eg., ADManager) * Ability to facilitate collaboration, and work across disciplines and organizational levels., * Experience working within IT environments supporting large-scale projects and geographically distributed personnel. * Knowledge of Lifetouch operations and familiarity with the needs of JCPenney Studios. * Demonstrated passion for technology and customer service excellence.
