* Technical/vocational degree in computing, networking, or an equivalent field.
 * 5-8 years of technical experience related to systems maintenance, user support, and project management.
 * Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical end users.
 * Knowledge of business processes, change management, and project management methodologies.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and configuration tools (eg., ADManager)
 * Ability to facilitate collaboration, and work across disciplines and organizational levels., * Experience working within IT environments supporting large-scale projects and geographically distributed personnel.
 * Knowledge of Lifetouch operations and familiarity with the needs of JCPenney Studios.
 * Demonstrated passion for technology and customer service excellence.

## Description

* Collaborate with the System Engineering, FTS personnel, and vendors to deliver end-user solutions aligned with company standards.
 * Maintain and troubleshoot system configurations to support business processes, emphasizing reliability, consistency, and compliance.
 * Perform configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for remote environments.
 * Provide technical support for Lifetouch Area Offices and JCPenney Studios to enhance operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
 * Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, security, and compliance with regulations (e.g., PCI standards).
 * Document processes, and maintain detailed records of technology operations.
 * Implement and support network security measures to protect digital assets and ensure data integrity.
 * Participate in large-scale project implementations by providing technical expertise and hands on support
 * Assist in change management and project planning, including scope, resources, and time constraints.
