This role will own and drive testing activities across system upgrades, patches, new releases, fixes, and enhancements. The Test Lead will combine hands-on testing expertise with leadership, ensuring that system changes are thoroughly planned, executed, validated, and ready for release. The successful candidate will establish the overall testing approach, lead both planning and execution, oversee supporting QA resources, and serve as a trusted advisor to technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal customer leadership.
