Familiarity with GPU or NPU acceleration for on-device AI is especially relevant. \n * Enterprise Deployment: Familiarity with Windows code signing, driver development, or driver deployment processes. Exposure to endpoint agents on macOS or Linux is also valuable. \n * AI-Native Development: Experience using AI-assisted development tools to design, implement, test, and optimize production-grade software. \n ## Description Technology: This Greylock-backed company is building an adaptive, AI-native platform for endpoint and device management. Its distributed architecture allows endpoint agents to monitor, reason, coordinate, patch, and secure devices locally rather than depending entirely on a centralized control plane., The role is primarily focused on C# and modern .NET development, but requires deep C++ expertise for native, performance-sensitive, and system-level components. You will work closely with AI/ML scientists, OS engineers, and security architects to determine how intelligent agents can operate securely and efficiently within enterprise Windows environments., A major part of the challenge is delivering on-device AI capabilities while maintaining the lightweight footprint, reliability, and resource controls expected of a production enterprise endpoint agent. ## Related Videos - [What’s New with Windows Power-User Tools](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2069-what-s-new-with-windows-power-user-tools) - [Profiling Symfony & PHP apps with Blackfire](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/265-profiling-symfony-php-apps-with-blackfire) - [Docker network without Docker](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1418-docker-network-without-docker) - [Best practices: Building Enterprise Applications that leverage GenAI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1513-best-practices-building-enterprise-applications-that-leverage-genai) - [Enhancing Workload Security in Kubernetes](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/356-enhancing-workload-security-in-kubernetes) - [Docker exec without Docker](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1094-docker-exec-without-docker) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 183: End of Win10, a Bus Factor of 0, "Call" Explained](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/624-dev-digest-183-end-of-win10-a-bus-factor-of-0-call-explained) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix) - [What Are The Top Skills Required For Azure Developers?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/77-what-are-the-top-skills-required-for-azure-developers) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Dev Digest 125 - Duck and Cover](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/462-dev-digest-125-duck-and-cover)
