* 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or related fields.
 * Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon EKS and Kubernetes platforms in production environments.
 * Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, cluster operations, and workload management.
 * Strong AWS expertise including VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, Security Groups, and storage services.
 * Experience with containerization technologies and modern deployment strategies.
 * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
 * Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for Kubernetes platforms.
 * Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
