## About the Role

* Associates Degree or required equivalent related work experience
 * 4 years of customer service experience required
 * Proven working knowledge of MS Office is required. Knowledge of in-house computer programs preferred
 * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to solve complex customer service issues;
 * Good working knowledge and skill in operating computers, data entry and office equipment, etc. required;
 * Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently under limited supervision.
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

## Description

* You will serve as a gateway for new accounts being set up on EDI invoicing and ensures new customers are appropriately setup in ABS to correctly receive their invoicing;
 * You will build, document and maintain Customer Invoice Matrix
 * You will work with Sales Operations to integrate, maintain and enhance the relationship between Sales and Finance;
 * You will perform billing for key customers on weekly or monthly basis.
 * You will ensure Data Processing procedures are followed with quarterly re-routes/transfers.
 * You will drive value and manage projects focused on streamlining the back-office functions
 * You will continually suggest and implement process improvements
 * You will be the back-up for customer care associates and first point of contact for Customer Care escalation calls
