As a production associate, you will handle blank boards, monitor SMT lines, and manage component reels. You will also transition boards to the PTH line, ensuring they are securely soldered, and complete final assembly into server boxes. Responsibilities * Load blank PCB/PCBA boards into the SMT machine and monitor SMT lines. * Load and unload component reels into the SMT machine, changing out individual reels or unloading full carts of reels. * Transition boards from SMT to PTH line, ensuring component reels are fed into the machine. * Ensure solder paste remains full during the PTH process. * Mount completed PCB/PCBA boards into server boxes following build sheets. * Utilize hand and power tools to secure assemblies. * Conduct pass/fail testing of completed server boxes and document their movement., Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, for all positions located in the city and county of San Francisco, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
