## About the Role

* 3 - 5+ years as a Scrum Master (or Agile Delivery Lead) supporting cross functional software/product teams.
 * Demonstrated expertise with Scrum and Agile practices; proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders.
 * Proficiency with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira) and delivery metrics; fluency in backlog management and data driven improvement.
 * Recognized Agile certification such as PSM I/II, CSM or SAFe SM (SSM)
 * Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills; excellent communication with business and technical audiences., * Experience working within SAFe or similar scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum@Scale, LeSS).
 * Exposure to enterprise SDLC governance and integrating Jira data with program reporting.
 * Additional Agile certifications (e.g., PSM II/III, SAFe SM, SPOC), and experience coaching multiple teams.
 * Background in regulated or financial services environments (asset/retirement, advice, or similar domains).
