## About the Role

* Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 * Advanced knowledge of Windows devices is required. Mac experience is a plus!
 * Proficiency in administering Microsoft365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace
 * Experience in managing systems and servers, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance.
 * Solid understanding of networking and virtualization (e.g., DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

 * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to workstations, servers, and networks.
 * Provide remote and on-site IT support and assist clients with technical inquiries.
 * Document all communication and steps taken in the service ticket for future reference.
 * Proactive management of client infrastructure.
