* Mehrjährige Praxis in DevOps, Systemadministration oder Technical Operations

* Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Windows-Server-Landschaft inklusive IIS und Microsoft SQL Server
 * Planung und Durchführung von Deployments sowie Pflege der Umgebungskonfigurationen
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsaufgaben mit PowerShell
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring, Alerting und Observability
 * Analyse von Logfiles, Betriebsmetriken und Fehlerbildern, Bearbeitung von Incidents
 * Mitgestaltung des Wegs vom heutigen Windows-Betrieb hin zu einer containerisierten Plattform
 * Nutzung des Freiraums, eigene Betriebsstandards und Runbooks zu etablieren
