## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Engineer oder Product Owner oder vergleichbare Position

 * Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten und Teams
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10 %

## Description

Als Development Project Manager übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Produkt-Releases in unserem Public Safety Umfeld. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product Management, dem Requirements Engineering, Product Ownern und mehreren Entwicklungsteams zusammen, um Produktziele erfolgreich umzusetzen., * Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Realisierung von Produkt-Releases innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeit- und Budgetrahmen unter Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards

 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Requirements Engineering sowie den Product Ownern (PO) der Entwicklungsteams zur Umsetzung der Produktvision und der Anforderungen unserer Stakeholder
 * Steuerung und Koordination mehrerer Entwicklungsteams im Rahmen des Release-Prozesses
 * Verantwortung für die Umsetzung des Cyber Resilience Acts (CRA) im Produkt, einschließlich der Koordination von Vulnerability-Management und Risikoanalysen
 * Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über Fortschritt, Ergebnisse und KPIs an interne Stakeholder
 * Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Agile Release Trains, der Prozesse, der Zusammenarbeit sowie der Produktinkremente
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Produktstatistiken und Analytics-Lösungen
