Our partner is looking for a Technical Operations Lead based in Spain. This is a hands-on technical operations role focused on turning operational problems into scalable systems, automations, and repeatable processes. You will own projects end to end, from identifying what needs to exist and defining the solution to building, launching, documenting, and embedding it within the organization. The work spans CRM architecture, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, AI-enabled processes, and internal product development. You will operate with significant autonomy, often receiving an outcome or business problem rather than a fully defined specification. The environment is fast-moving and highly asynchronous, with minimal meetings and a strong bias toward practical execution and shipping. You will work across operations, sales, account management, leadership, and development teams to improve how work gets done. The ideal person combines technical curiosity, strong systems thinking, hands-on building ability, and the judgment to make things stick long after launch.
