To qualify for the role, you must have The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. * 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development. * Strong hands-on experience with Angular (Angular 14+ preferred). * Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. * Demonstrable experience implementing WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and accessibility testing tools. * Experience working with accessibility technologies including screen readers and keyboard navigation requirements. * Strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot. * Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices. * Experience with version control systems such as Git. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. * Strong English communication skills Ideally, you'll also have * Experience with Angular Material. * Experience with accessibility auditing tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, or similar. * Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms. * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. * Knowledge of OWASP security principles. * Previous experience delivering solutions within a consulting or professional services environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while meeting accessibility and compliance requirements.
