## About the Role

7+ years of relevant Solutions/Systems Engineer experience with proven ability to present to executives or architects
Strong empathy for customers, revenue-driven, and results-oriented
Excellent written/spoken communication and executive-level presentation skills
Ability to scale explanations from whiteboard to security architects to CISOs
Customer-centric mindset with resilience in challenging situations
Experience with installing/configuring Windows, Linux, and MacOS systems; mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and iOS/Android
Knowledge of certificates, key management, HSM, and related protocols
Hands-on experience with security solutions xqbhyrx (Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security) and familiarity with regex
Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN; AD/ADFS/Azure AD; public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Travel willingness within the region; cloud/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS sales exposure
Spanish and English fluency
Desirable scripting (Python) and REST API experience; prior vendor Cloud Security exposure
Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, PCNSE, etc) and networking certs (CCNP/CCIE) beneficial
Empathy for customers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Public speaking confidence
Linux, MacOS, Windows administration
MDM/MAM and mobile OS (Android/iOS)
Certificates, key management, HSM

## Description

In this role you will partner with customers and partners to showcase Netskope's cloud security platform, translating complex tech into business value for senior security leaders. You'll own the technical narrative from demos to POCs, influence product feedback, and drive regional success while traveling as needed. You will work cross-functionally to resolve issues and differentiate Netskope in a competitive market, helping scale adoption of cloud security solutions. This position offers high impact and growth in a mission-driven, collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades
Exceed sales targets by articulating Netskope's architecture to senior audiences
Develop best-practice presentations, demos, and POC/value exercises; shape win strategy
Support regional customer success and escalate issues cross-functionally as needed
Position Netskope as the best solution addressing customer requirements and business value
Present the Netskope cloud security solution to prospects; create and deliver product demos
Gather and translate customer technical requirements
Participate in trade shows and conferences; respond to RFIs/RFPs
Provide competitive intelligence to differentiate Netskope
Lead evaluation plans and POCs with customers/partners to a successful conclusion
Convey information at conferences/seminars and during external engagements
