## About the Role

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
 * At least 5 years of experience in endpoint engineering or modern workplace engineering
 * Strong experience with Apple technologies, including macOS and iOS management
 * Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and automation solutions
 * Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash and Zsh
 * Solid knowledge of endpoint hardware, peripherals and lifecycle management
 * Experience with security, compliance and operational excellence in an enterprise environment
 * Ability to simplify complexity using automation and standardisation
 * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
 * Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage

## Description

* Design, build and maintain modern macOS and Mobile workplace solutions
 * Develop and operate Azure-based automation for device provisioning, configuration, compliance and lifecycle management
 * Automate recurring operational activities and simplify processes through standardisation and reusable engineering patterns
 * Validate, test and manage endpoint hardware and peripherals, including compatibility, stability, performance and security
 * Contribute to meeting-room and room-system technology, including hardware, software and integrations
 * Drive lifecycle management and compliance activities across the Devices & Peripherals portfolio
 * Create clear technical documentation, runbooks and operational handovers
 * Collaborate with Digital Workplace engineers, Security, Architecture, Support, Facilities and suppliers
 * Set technical direction, improve standards and mentor colleagues within the team
 * Share knowledge and help reduce dependency on individual experts
