## About the Role

5+ years of relevant experience as IT Delivery Manager for software development (complete lifecycle) in Mainframe/Microfocus (Cobol/CICS/DB2) environments

 - Knowledge of investment funds and asset management functional domains
 - Team leadership and mentoring skills. Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a well performing team;
 - High levels of organizational, autonomy, self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills
 - Demonstrated ability to deliver results on complex IT projects to the appropriate quality, cost and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities;
 - Good understanding of software development life cycle, software development processes, IT operations processes - past experience as programmer and functional-technical analyst required
 - Experience in SW development projects, transformation projects and/or 3rd party solution integrations
 - English: advanced / fluent (C1). Minimum B2

## Description

Own and coordinate IT delivery projects through the full SW lifecycle

 - Manage relationship with business users from multiple areas and regions across the organization
 - Manage projects budget, track actuals against budget;
 - Translate business requirements to functional and technical solutions aligned with IT application and architecture teams
 - Manage relationship with existing IT suppliers/partners on a day-to-day basis, track supplier/partner performance
