:You bring 2+ years of battle-tested networking experience from a NOC, ISP, or MSP environment.You speak the language of networks fluently, ideally holding a CCNP Enterprise or Service Provider level certification.You're a Cisco command-line ninja, with mandatory experience on their Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.Your technical and analytical skills are legendary, allowing you to dissect complex issues with ease.You're familiar with keeping a watchful eye on networks using Monitoring Tools like PRTG.You possess a deep understanding of the core principles of Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, Policy-based routing, IPsec/SSL/Open VPN, and VRFs.You have a proven track record of slaying network problems and finding effective resolutions.You're a consummate professional in all your client interactions.You're an innovative thinker, bringing a positive, proactive attitude and thriving on change.You excel in our fast-paced, agile environment, where critical thinking and
sharp problem-solving are your superpowers.You're a self-starter, ready to take ownership and drive solutions.Bonus points if you have experience providing sales support in complex network environments and if you speak additional languages!
