Hands-on experience with Python

## Description

In this Senior Software Engineer role within Pearson's AI Learning Capabilities for English Language Learning, you design and deliver backend systems that fuse AI and LLM capabilities into learning products. You work with cross-functional teams to turn product ideas into scalable, secure services. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and champion best practices across the SDLC, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement. Responsabilidades
Design, implement, and maintain backend components for digital products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and timelines
Lead projects and advocate backend best practices, supporting innovation

Operationalize AI models with data science teams and ensure reliability and scalability
Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers
