WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
*

 * Design, deploy and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure supporting contact center services.
 * Build scalable and resilient platform architectures using Azure native services.
 * Manage Azure Landing Zones, subscriptions, resource groups and governance controls.
 * Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
 * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
 * Implement Azure security controls, identity governance and compliance requirements.
 * Configure monitoring, alerting, dashboards and operational runbooks.
 * Collaborate with architects, engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities.
