## Description

Pour contribuer à ces évolutions, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) consultant(e) Senior AI Engineer souhaitant rejoindre un collectif d'une dizaine de consultant(e)s spécialisé(e)s en data engineering à Nantes., Supporter le processus de développement machine learning de bout en bout pour concevoir, créer et gérer des logiciels reproductibles, testables et évolutifs.

 - Travailler sur la mise en place et l'utilisation de plateformes IA en s'appuyant sur les concepts de ML/LLMOps
 - Apporter à nos clients des best practices en termes d'organisation, de développement, d'automatisation, de monitoring, de sécurité.
 - Expliquer et appliquer les best practices pour l'automatisation, le testing, le versioning, la reproductibilité et le monitoring de la solution IA déployée.
 - Encadrer et superviser les consultant(es) juniors i.e., peer code review, application des best practices.
 - Accompagner notre équipe commerciale sur la rédaction de propositions et des réunions d'avant-vente.
 - Participer au développement de notre communauté interne (REX, workshops, articles, hackerspace.
 - Participer au recrutement de nos futurs talents.
