## About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of hands-on engineering projects delivering large scale-scale Microsoft tenant migrations, policy migrations and infrastructure separation migrations using Quest On Demand (Quest OD)., * Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in a large-scale enterprise environment.

 * Delivery of Infrastructure migration projects in during a Merger & Acquisition / Divestment.
 * Strong Experience and background using Quest On Demand.
 * Extensive experience with Azure AD / Entra ID migrations and identity management.
 * Experience delivering process migrations with M&A or transformation programmes.
 * Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure experience.

## Description

* Deliver large-scale M&A, divestment and infrastructure separation projects.
 * Plan and execute complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
 * Utilise Quest On Demand (Quest OD) to deliver large-scale tenant migrations.
 * Support process migration across business and technical environments as part of the M&A programme.
 * Manage and support Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID migrations, including users, groups, identities and access.
 * Support the migration of Microsoft 365 services, mailboxes, SharePoint and associated workloads.
 * Ensure migrations are delivered against agreed timelines while minimising business disruption.
