 * Außerbetriebnahme und Abbau von Hardware
 * Entstörung von Individualhard- und -software (Sonderarbeitsplätze, Arbeitsplätze für schwerbehinderte Menschen)
 * Unterstützung der Anwendenden bei Fragen zu Individualhard- und -software
 * Abwicklung von Garantiefällen und Koordinierung von Instandsetzungsarbeiten für Arbeitsplatz Hardware
 * Erstellung und Fortschreibung der Betriebsdokumentation
 * Einrichtung und Entstörung mobiler Endgeräte (Mobile Device Management)
 * Unterstützung im TK-, LAN- und RZ-Umfeld (z. B. Entsorgung alter Hardware, Inventarisierung, Dokumentation, Begehungen, Austausch defekter Hardware, Durchführung von Patchungen, Begleitung externer Dienstleister, VPN-Einrichtung)
