## Description

* Betriebsverantwortung der Windows Server Infrastruktur unserer Kunden einschließlich der eingesetzten Produkte und Features
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents sowie Service Requests
 * proaktive Überwachung der Windows Server in den Kunden-Umgebungen
 * eigenstädige Anpassung von Systemkonfigurationen sowie die Erstellung und Ergänzung entsprechender Dokumentationen
 * selbstständige Installation und Projektübernahme im Bereich Windows Server
 * Migration älterer Installationen auf aktuelle Stadards inkl. sämtlicher Abhängigkeiten
 * fachliche Beratung von Kunden im Zusammenhang mit dem aktuellen Betriebsszenario
