 * Analyse und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen\n\t
 * Weiterleitung komplexerer Störungen an den 2nd-Level-Support bzw. zuständige Fachabteilungen\n\t
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von PCs, Druckern, Telefonen und weiterer IT-Hardware\n\t
