* Du installierst und konfigurierst Hardware sowie IT-Systeme und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft
 * Du analysierst und behebst IT-Probleme und entwickelst passende Lösungen für unsere Anwender
 * Du richtest unsere cloudbasierte Telefonanlage ein und passt sie an die Anforderungen der Fachbereiche an
 * Du berätst und unterstützt die Fachabteilungen bei der Nutzung von Anwendungssystemen
 * Du ermittelst den Bedarf an Geräten, Hard- und Software und kümmerst dich um deren Beschaffung
 * Du administrierst IT-Systeme und Netzwerke und sorgst für einen sicheren und stabilen Betrieb
 * Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit, führst Qualitätssicherungen durch und pflegst relevante Daten
